Before co-founding Shadworth Financial Group, Kevin was the founder and Chairman of The Money Managers. He was a former Director of the Financial Planning Association and has been awarded the national award of The Financial Planner of the Year in 1998.

Kevin was the highest rated premier adviser with independent ratings agency ”Advisor Ratings” for 2003 and 2004. Kevin presents radio talkback programs for the ABC and is a columnist for the Money section of the Herald Sun and Courier Mail newspapers. Kevin has an outstanding ability to make the often intimidating subjects of investment and financial planning simple, understandable and interesting as well as delivering telling insights into topics such as managing business growth, motivation, success and leadership.

Kevin has a military background, having served with the SAS Regiment of the Australian Army. He is currently the Honorary Consul General for East Timor in Melbourne having been actively supportive in their struggle for freedom and independence. Kevin is married to Grace and they have six young children. They are actively involved in the Catholic Church in Melbourne and Kevin served on the Council for Marriage and the Family for several years. Kevin and Grace are committee members of the Marriage Education Program and they run courses on marriage preparation.
